We help organizations develop data and AI strategies through strategic roadmaps that support them in their journey to become data-driven. What you'll be doing:
As a Junior Data Governance & Compliance Consultant, you, and the team you're part of, will help our clients figure out how to hit their business goals more easily with a solid data governance strategy as one of their fundaments to grow their data maturity. Your main goal will be improving the data quality, availability and compliance so you're sure that the standards you apply are reliable. We notice that our clients struggle with this, unsure of where to start, and often find that it's made more complicated than it needs to be.
Your responsibilities:
- Navigating through the many regulatory requirements to figure out what truly matters. Then transforming them into a realistic roadmap toward compliance, together with your team, while also generating business value.
- Co-creating smart policies and designing governance and security frameworks that actually work.
- Contributing to risk assessments that don’t just focus on cost-efficiency but find the gaps in both tech and processes—then work to close them!
- Using your analytical brainpower to design actionable processes and make complicated things simple.
- Collaborating with our clients, helping them gather and writing missing documentation.
- Assisting in the development of our Madison.Partners methodology, at your senior colleague's side.
Who we are looking for:
- You’ve got a Master’s degree in Economics, Legal, AI, Digital Transformation, or Strategic Management (or something equally smart!).
- You've been around for at least 3 years in the corporate world—whether as an Information Security Officer, Risk Officer, Data Governance/Compliance Manager or maybe even a Program or Audit Manager.
- You know your way around the big regulatory acronyms—DORA, NIS2, GDPR, FIDA,...—and have been hands-on in regulatory projects.
- Data is your thing. You can tell a great story with it and get others on board with your ideas.
- A legal or audit background? Awesome! As we focus on blending business and IT, it would be great if you also have a business mindset.
- You speak Dutch and English fluently (bonus points if you’re a native speaker of either).
- Familiar with information security? Great! If you’re on top of market trends and know your stuff when it comes to data and AI, even better!
