What you'll be doing:
In this role, being our AI Compliance Consultant, you’ll work closely with our clients that want to explore AI. You will assess their needs from a legal and compliance perspective. What is allowed, and what isn’t? For example, is their request ethical and sustainable enough? That's why it's crucial to master the EU AI Act, so you can effectively put it into action. We believe that your strong prioritization skills will shine here, helping us cut through the noise and focus on delivering value.
Your responsibilities:
- Become our go-to expert for all things AI regulatory compliance. You’ll help us navigate the complexities of AI regulations and turn them into a clear AI strategy and governance design that our clients can actually use.
- Focus on our clients by guiding them through their journey to becoming AI-First. You’ll manage end-to-end programs, addressing legal, privacy and ethical concerns while setting up their very first AI Governance frameworks and pilots.
- Collaborate closely with customers to gather vital information, such as existing data policies and frameworks. Your strong prioritization skills will help you cut through the regulations and transform the policies into actionable insights, aligned with the ongoing and planned AI projects.
- Stay ahead of current and future AI regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
Who we are looking for:
- A Master’s degree in fields like Economics, Law, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Strategic Management, or Business Analytics (or something equally smart!).
- At least 10 years of experience in consultancy, either as a strategic AI consultant, Legal Counsil or CRO with a legal and AI background.
- Experience in program management puts you one step ahead.
- Profound knowledge of regulations like EU AI Act, along with a proven track record in regulatory projects and governance is a plus.
- While a more technical profile is great, it’s essential that you understand the and know the risks and impact of AI.
- Knowledge of common pitfalls in AI—such as bias, ethical concerns, and hallucinations—and a readiness to tackle them head-on.
- An entrepreneurial mindset that drives innovation.
- Familiarity with and awareness of market trends in data and AI.
- You speak Dutch and English fluently (bonus points if you’re a native speaker of either).
